Personalized Dog Training

You might have been taught to dominate your dog. Now it’s time to connect with your best friend.

There are a lot of opinions out there in the dog training world.

Have you been taught that you need to “be the alpha” and “dominate” your dog… to show your dog that you are the “pack leader”? Or maybe you’ve used positive dog training methods, and now your dog has been taught to sit and stay, yet you’re still struggling with the same issues.

Training your dog is excellent. For example, it’s easy to teach a dog to sit. You can learn that for free in 5 minutes on YouTube. But your dog’s behavior is learning from every interaction you have with him, not just those minutes you spend “training.”

Obedience Training teaches or compels a dog to comply with a Verbal Command provided by the owner. Behavior Training allows a dog to learn how to respond to any given context or situation without the need for Verbal Commands or the owner even to be present.

Ensuring a more effective and enjoyable experience for both pet and owner.

You don’t need another obedience training class. You need to transform your relationship. What we have spent many years trying to learn — and what we teach our clients — is not a series of exercises that can be practiced in a few minutes daily to accomplish a specific goal. Instead, we offer a different perspective: a way to understand WHY your dog is doing what they are doing, to listen to what they are saying to you… and to use this knowledge to build a relationship. Our dog training approach is grounded in science and psychology.

This is what matters:

In every interaction you have with your dog, you are either building or destroying your relationship.
You are moving towards harmony (and good behavior) or conflict and misunderstanding.
Standing still is impossible.

Which way do you believe you are moving right now?

There is no quick-fix training. Our approach will require you to look closely at yourself and how you live with your dog. Our approach will transform your perspective on dog training. If you’re on board for that transformation…we can help.
