Overview
Dog Over Breed pack walks give dogs 45 to 60 minutes of structured walking on local trails, hikes, neighborhoods and parks, not counting pickup and drop-off time. Pickup and drop-off are included.
Walks are structured around each dog’s pace, comfort and behavior, and owners receive picture updates from the trail.
What’s included
We collect your dog and bring them home. Timing varies by area and traffic.
Walk photos may be sent directly to owners, with direct communication about the walk.

Loose-leash walking, sit, down, stay and leave it, plus work on leash reactivity.
On very hot or rainy days, walks may be replaced with one to two hours of indoor social time at our Concord facility.

Step 1
Complete the new-client registration form and provide information about your dog.

Upload current proof of required vaccinations, then call the Dog Over Breed team to confirm eligibility, availability, and next steps.

Once registration and records are confirmed, schedule the appropriate service and prepare for the dog’s first visit.
Vaccination requirements: current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP) and Bordetella are required. Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza are required for dogs joining group play.

Great group of dog experts. These guys understand how the dogs think, what motivates them, and how to change their behavior.
My cattle dog mix is very much a 1-person dog, but he loves his pals at Dog Over Breed and is better behaved with them.
As is often the case, it’s been my inconsistencies as the pet owner that my dog was taking advantage of and getting confused by, so these guys also helped to “train” me on what my pup expects/needs to be his best self.
They have supported us with walks, which are more than the typical walk around the block for 30 min you often get. They pick up and drop off the dogs and it turns out to be a few hour adventure for them.
Doggie daycare is well managed at their facility as is grooming (bath, nails, defur, brushing, etc.).
Communications and timeliness are spot on.

Dog Over Breed has been an amazing place for my dog Lázaro. They do an amazing job ensuring he is always well behaved, always training on how to walk with a pack on and off leash, and their grooming services are stellar. There have been several times when we needed to board Lázaro and Dog over Breed always comes through assisting us with our Furrson.
I would give them 1,000 stars if possible!
