How do I become a new client?
Complete the online new-client registration, upload current vaccination records, then call our team to confirm eligibility, availability and next steps. Once everything is confirmed, you can schedule the right service for your dog.
Can I talk to someone before registering?
Yes. Start with a free phone consultation at (415) 480-4962. Our team can answer questions about services, the facility and your dog’s needs.
Can I tour the facility?
Facility access or tours may be available by arrangement. Ask our team about facility viewing options during your phone consultation.

Log in to the client portal to request services, or call us.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days by appointment, 8am–12pm and 2pm–5pm.
Where can I see your rates?
Current rates are shown in our secure booking system as soon as you register. Rates can change over time, so the booking system always shows what’s current. Pricing, eligibility, availability, and service details are confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you accept pit bulls and all breeds?
Yes. We look at each dog as an individual and consider behavior, energy, comfort and compatibility rather than making assumptions based on breed. All breeds are welcome.
Do you take large and giant breeds?
Yes. Boarding crates are sized for large to extra-extra-large dogs, 8×8 private suites suit dogs who prefer their own space, and we groom dogs of every breed and size.
Which vaccinations are required?
Current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP) and Bordetella are required. Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza are required for dogs joining group play.
Is flea and tick prevention required?
Flea and tick prevention is strongly encouraged for every dog, since dogs play and rest in shared spaces.
How do I submit vaccination records?
Upload proof of current vaccinations in the client portal after completing registration, then call to confirm.
How much is daycare?
Daycare is available as a full day, a half day or a Monthly Pass. Current rates are shown in our secure booking system as soon as you register. The Monthly Pass has no rollovers; unused days expire at the end of the month, and the pass refreshes each month. Pricing, eligibility, availability, and service details are confirmed at the time of booking.
How are playgroups formed?
Initial behavior and group compatibility are observed during a dog’s first daycare visit. Dogs are grouped by energy, temperament and social style, and placement may be adjusted based on behavior and energy.
Are dogs watched all day?
Dogs are checked on frequently throughout the day. Our team balances daycare with boarding guests, feeding, cleaning and enrichment.
How young can my dog start daycare?
Puppies over 3 months old with completed vaccinations are welcome to register.
Do dogs share sleeping space?
No. Every boarding guest has their own sleeping space: a home-style crate, a 4×4 open suite or an 8×8 private suite.
What should I pack?
Your dog’s regular food plus a little extra, any medications with instructions, and an optional towel or blanket with a familiar scent.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Arrive before 3pm on the first day. Check-out is at 10am; later pick-up includes a daycare fee.
Should my dog attend daycare before boarding?
Dogs of every age are welcome to attend daycare before their first boarding stay. It helps us understand their needs and comforts, and makes sure they’re comfortable with our staff.
Can I add walks to a boarding stay?
Yes. Pack walks can be added to any boarding stay for extra exercise and time on the trail.
What is included in a bath?
A coat brush-out, nail clipping or grinding, anal glands, blow dry and ear cleaning.
Where does training happen?
Training visits are one-on-one at your home and focus on behavior modification, socialization and owner guidance.
How do pack walks work?
Walks are normally 45 to 60 minutes of on-leash walking on local trails, not counting pickup and drop-off, which are included. Dogs attend daycare before joining.
Will I get updates?
Photos or short video clips from daycare, boarding and walks may be shared with owners when available.
Do you offer board and train?
No, and that’s deliberate. A dog trained by our staff during a stay learns to listen to us, not to you. Instead, our one-on-one training teaches you to work with your own dog, so your dog learns to listen to you, and those habits are reinforced in daycare and on walks.
Where are you located?
Our facility is at 1375 Franquette Ave, Suite E, Concord, CA 94520, with free on-site parking.
Do you still have a Pleasant Hill location?
No. Our former Pleasant Hill location has closed, and all services are now in Concord, about 10 minutes from downtown Pleasant Hill.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve dog owners within about 25 miles of Concord, including Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Clayton, Pittsburg, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Alamo and Danville.
